Meet Basil Williams

A Wilmington, NC native.

I began my professional real estate career in 2017. However, I've been investing in real estate for more than 25 years. One of my many passions about the industry is connecting people and helping them locate that already built-in equity "valued property". I'm "Turn-key with Boots on the ground" with my process. I've personally assisted several hundreds of clients buy and sell their property. My expertise varies from residential apartments, commercial, vacant land, single-family homes, or a multiplex. During my 6 years at Keller Williams, I've received multiple prestigious awards such as 2017 Listing Agent of the Year, Bronze for 2020 Production, KW Innovate #1 agent in 2021 Carolinas Region #10 agent and multiple top 3 Sales. The most recent one is being Keller Williams September 2022 Agent of the Month!
